6) Special Instructions on Facial Data
When you use the AI creative face-swapping function of our App, you may voluntarily upload your personal facial portrait photos. We only collect your uploaded facial images and basic facial feature data to call the authorized AI model service provided by ByteDance, so as to complete your personalized face-swapping image generation needs.
We strictly promise not to use your facial data beyond the scope of service realization, and will not transmit your facial data to any unauthorized third parties for any commercial or non-commercial purposes. During the AI image generation process, we only temporarily transmit facial data to ByteDance's officially authorized service interface for model calculation, and there is no permanent data delivery or storage by third parties.
All facial-related pictures and generated content will be stored in our encrypted OSS cloud storage space.
